If I find a solution I will certainly let you know. I will uninstall if I do not manage to finish this event, it is not worth the headache. I have done a reboot, removed my antivirus from this game, cleared caches, reset game, I have no doubt it is their issue and I have found in the past when it is their issue they ignore the person having the issue. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game appears to have no effect for me. I'm in the Northern Hemisphere myself, but maybe they use the same server for both? I've just tried it now and it starts loading but doesn't even get to the game, it's just gone. Good chance I will uninstall before I hear back from them, ironically I get a window of about 2 hours I can play daily, not enough to get much done except gift, visit and perhaps play a few rooms. After messaging them a detailed description of my issue they replied with a request to give them more detail, that was over 36 hours ago and I have heard nothing. I am having the same issue, MyTona are dodging my questions, I am in the Southern Hemisphere and strongly believe it is their servers as I have done everything possible at my end to fix it, it would appear we are a tiny minority and probably do not matter to them.
